Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Modern Essentials Collective purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, opened laundry pods cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us and we'll work to resolve it.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at hello@modernessentialsco.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@modernessentialsco.shop within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
