At Modern Essentials Collective, we want you to feel confident in your purchase of our laundry pods. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and unopened

  • It must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Because our laundry pods are a consumable household product, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@modernessentialsco.shop.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
